We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! Whole Chicken on the Mini

Rigged this contraption up in the meantime before I get my woo and stones. :) Regular stainless steel great, then a large charcoal grate covered in foil, then a jalapeƱo popper stand elevating the chicken. Seems to be working! LOL
