Fired up the egg for some chicken thighs and legs. The chicken came from our local butcher. I seasond half with Jamaican Firewalk and the other half with Tsunami Spin. Smoke is coming from Pecan Wood and Black Cherry. I will sauce with my daughters home made BBQ Sauce and also use some Bone Suckin Sauce.

Added ABTs and took the chichen out of the pan to finish on the grate. It all tasted great. Very tender and moist
