New to forum / long time egghead / first try at pizza

Bought my first egg 12 years ago, can't believe I waited this long to try a pizza. It was awesome! Will probably have to join a gym soon :-). Look forward to learning some new things from you eggheads, and hope I can add something along the way.

    Welcome! Your pie looks great. In this forum you contribute by being an active member, you may need to have a little bit of a thick skin sometimes but the help I have gotten here has been great.

    What can I say? My wife thinks I am a moron. I drank all of the beer today and opened a bottle of champagne tonight. She said "what's with the champagne?" I said "it's Sunday".

  • Thanks for the warm welcome. Been working my but off the last couple of weeks, no time to post. Second pie goes on tonight! Any of you have a secret crust recipe you want to share? The first one was great, but like to try different things all the time.
