Steelhead Trout

Tonight's cook was steelhead trout.  It was I think the 3rd time I've done it on the Egg since we got to a about a month ago.  Seasoned with Penzey's Ruth Ann's Muskego Ave Chicken and Fish Seasoning and cooked at 350° raised direct but I have no idea how long because I just go by feel.  We had it with a chopped salad kit thing that we bought at Costco.  I think it was called something like  a "super foods" salad because it had kale, shaved brussel sprouts, broccoli slaw, pumpkin seeds, cranberries with a poppy seed dressing.  Mr. G is doing Medifast and had lost just over 45 lbs since February so we eat a lot of meals that consist of a lean protein and veggies.  I'm running out of ideas but this is a favorite.
