SWMBO is working most of the day, so threw a couple of spares on, shooting for 5-6 pm. Kids don't like "spicy", so one with a spicy bourbon rub, one with S&P, onion powder.

That's one of the ajustable rig set ups from ceramic grill store. Many combos available.Felton, Ca. 2-LBGE, 1-Small, PBC, PK360, Genesis Summit, Camp Chef Flattop, Smokefire 24, Traeger Pro Series 22 Pellet with a Smoke Daddy insert, Gateway 55 Gal. drum, SNS Kettle w/acc. -
It's an adjustable rig from ceramic grill store. Top level is original grill, second level is their rectangular grid, the lowest level is a rectangular pan I got on the web that fits perfectly under ribs and briskets, and it is resting on a extra pair of the CGS supports. It is all sitting on a large pizza pan so I don't foul up my counter during cooks. In the grill is a stone on their spider to make it indirect.Delaware Valley, PA Large BGE, CGS adjustable rig, iQue110, High-Que grate
