So I tried some Wagyu ground beef cooked on the big white thing in the kitchen, forget the name because we use it so infrequently since getting the egg.
Anyway, I think it was some of my favorite meat to date. It had really great beefy flavor, like grass fed, but wasn't quite as lean and cooked great. Anyone else like using this?
Sure wasn't cheap though.

I use Wagyu briskets all the time during competitons. Wouldn't think about anything else. The fat content is the reason for the Wagyu. Fat is flavor.

Love me some Wagyu burgers, but not sure why you would cook them inside on the cube-shaped storage device.
