    RO is the easy to find, Wally World (US and Canada) and Canadian Tire/Lowes Canada. 
    Cowboy and Frontier at Lowes USA. Duraflame (Cowboy) at Home Depot Canada. Basques Sugar Maple at Lowes Canada. It is all good, some better than others.
