Made some steak last night. Reverse sear, 2 inch thick, 2 pound each, bone in ribeye.
Dizzy Pig Cow Lick, mesquite smoke.

    It was good stuff. Should have mentioned that the odd looking white stuff on the top of the steak is some fancy British finishing salt that is a nice touch.
