We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Bone-in ribeyes

Had to break out the awesome coarse-ground steak seasoning that @HIC sent me, and we had two 1-lb. bone-in ribeyes in the freezer.  Coincidence?  I think not.

Reverse-seared and served with roasted sweet potato rounds and steamed veggies.  Turned out incredibly - amazing steak seasoning, @HIC!
