Chicken and watermelon...

So, I tried this last week at a restaurant and loved it. Been having some stomach issues lately and I guess I need to stick to fruits, salads, and chicken or fish, so my life is about to change for awhile. Anyways, I didn’t get the salad and glaze as good, but the chicken…definitely. I’m sure many of you have had it, for me, it was a first, and the family loved it. Chicken was marinated in the same salad dressing that was made.      <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Grilled chicken and a watermelon feta salad, there is a balsamic sauce that I reduced and it worked out great.
