Back in the Saddle
Cut it into 3 roasts, marinated it for a few hours in a NC sauce; made from their favorite mix stirred up with cider vinegar.
Got them on the egg at 325, drip pan filled with the marinade and some water. I'll try to remember to post finished pics.
Also, starting in on my reward for my first task, updating the under counter lighting for SWMBO.

Also, 2 notes from vacation. Tried a new lump, 'Natural Hardwood Flavor' 100% hardwood lump. Again, used on the Weber kettle, so any use on the egg may be different, but for $12 for a 20 lb bag it was pretty good. A bit slow starting and pretty sparky, but burned hot, long and with little ash.
Also found a new smoking wood supplier, http://www.mainegrillingwoods.com/
Reasonable prices, free shipping, and I'm very partial to small business in my native state.LBGE

Finished things up, about an hour and 45 minutes at 300-325. Pulled and resting:
Sliced, and waiting for some pig polish. Very tasty!

Thanks all!
@dmurf - I found the Pig Polish at Fresh Market; they actually have a really good selection of BBQ sauces and rubs.
@biggreenpharmacist - my 5 year old, who is very into birthday parties, was the primary driving factor there. Every couple of weeks she sets up a birthday party for a stuffed animal or two, so since it was our in-laws dog's birthday, we went ahead and planned it; she got to help make a cake, decorate, etc.
