We have about 25-30 guests coming over for a summer pool party next weekend. I am looking for ideas on how to cook 75-90+ sliders on the large. Just did burgers using the 3min-3min-3min at 600. And they were great. But 90+?? I'm a bit taken back on this one. All ideas are welcome.

Easiest way to do a lot of sliders is to roll the ground beef into a cookie sheet and cut them with a pizza cutter. Right size and thickness. As for grilling that many it's just going to take some time. Good luck!

Thanks, I thinking of a couple of 14" or 16" grill grates to help in the flip. And welding gloves of course. Have 2 or 3 setups and rotate. At 450 I think 2-3 min a side would work.

Sounds about right. We cook a lot of sliders at our tailgates in Ames. Can't go wrong.
