Got any advice on Chili Verde?

I looked at some old posts but didn't find too much, I have a tenderloin roast the wife picked up, the kind that is stacked and wrapped.
Want to make Chili Verde with it but not sure how it would turn out due to the low fat content.
Thanks in advance

Admittedly, I loved Alf as a kid, what a childhood

A loin or tenderloin would be too lean. You need a cheap cut with fat in it like a shoulder or butt. And lots of tomatillos.XLBGE, LBGE, MBGE, SMALL, MINI, 2 Kubs, Fire Magic Gasser
