I finally made the purchase. I have been wanting one for years and finally decided to make the big purchase the day before the 4th. Thanks to this forum I bought a large and broke it in with some ribs. They turned out great!!! I am excited about cooking something else this weekend.

    May I suggest doing a spatchcock chicken, There Great! I cut the chicken in half also and man are they gooood!!!
