We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! 4th of July Ribs

Had a mini family celebration on this Independence Day.  The Spouse and I, and our youngest for a visit.

Did ribs, marinated overnight in Dichickos Garlic, then done indirect in two racks at 250 for 4 hours.  Spent most of that time in the pool.

Served with Sweet Baby Ray's, watermelon, and fries.

Fall off the bone tender, but still had a bit of a bark.

Doing celebratory cake for the daughter's passing her lab tech certification, and fireworks after dark.
