4th of July Ribs

Had a mini family celebration on this Independence Day.  The Spouse and I, and our youngest for a visit.

Did ribs, marinated overnight in Dichickos Garlic, then done indirect in two racks at 250 for 4 hours.  Spent most of that time in the pool.

Served with Sweet Baby Ray's, watermelon, and fries.

Fall off the bone tender, but still had a bit of a bark.

Doing celebratory cake for the daughter's passing her lab tech certification, and fireworks after dark.

Looks great Doc!! I love ribs!!!!

Does marinating reduce the cook time a little? Seems many go five hours or more at 250?

Congrats to your Daughter. I'm a lab tech myself.
Hows ya gettin' on, me ol ****?
