Almost Perfect Baby Backs then S'mores on the BGE

July 4th Ribs.  I like em dry but the kids love a little sauce ... they win



"Smore's cooker" we found at Lowe's I think.  The only complaint is the marshmallows fall off the 'spit' if they go a bit too long
No, you do not need a drip pan for the S'mores too, just didn't have the patience to remove the set up from the Ribs ... I can hear you guys now!

We also had some fresh picked local corn with the Ribs ... Happy July 4th ...

    two racks - one for the kids and one for you. ;)
    Do one dry next time or at least don't sauce 1/2 of one rack. 
    I make two wet and one dry and have sauce the table for dipping if needed.
