    1/4 cup coarse salt

    1/4 cup dark brown sugar

    1/4 cup sweet paprika

    2 Tablespoons ground black pepper.

    Simple,easy, tasty.

    Here's my go to <<cr>> 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp mild chili powder 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tsp celery salt 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp lemon pepper Mix together in a bowl. Keep in an airtight container for later use.

  • I have never found one better than Tsunami Spin from dizzy pig. Oakridge makes one very similar but I like the grind on the dizzy better. Both are world class though.

    I like a lot of Dizzy Pig products.  One that hasn't been mentioned is Old Bay.  My family isn't too big into spicy, so Old Bay gets the nod many times at our house.  It's also killer on tuna pasta salad!

    I like Old Bay on my chicken. I was surprised the first time I tried it, had only thought of it for seafood previously.

    I just posted this in the other chicken thread. this is my favorite:

    spatchcock, wash, dry, healthy dose of dizzy pig swamp venom, raised grid 350-400 until 160 in breast 180 in thighs.

    The swamp venom has some good kick to it but my wife and I love it.
