We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. July 4th cook

My nearest meat market is about 25 miles away, so when I was near there today, I just HAD to stop. perfect timing though for my holiday cookout. 6# pork butt. Can't wait til Thursday. Plus gunna make some spicy asparagus. Hope to y'all have an eggcellent holiday. And kudos if you all have a long weekend ( I sure don't)
