Worst looking cook

This is my worst looking cook, ever

However, these beef ribs were the best I ever had

in my life,ever. tender,moist, very good, but, look at them.

    Now if you just let them pull back a bit on the bone, they will be fine. 
    For beef ribs, look like they might be a bit on the tasty side, looks fine to me.

    I used to cook my Cheerios too.  I've evolved, now I sous vide them at 40F.

    That is some extreme shrinkage (ahem) but nice big handles for those of us with XXL hands.
