Ribs 250 for 5 hrs...chicken 250 for 4 hrs..smoked wit 5 pieces of pecan and 3 pieces ofcherry wood mustard and a pecan rub on ribs...butter brush and adobo salzador with primo chicken tickler rub on chicken......had a beautiful flavor and tbe egg held that 250 like a champion....man this was the best investment I have ever made .....im just in awe of this grill I swear. ...next up pork butt for the fourth....cant wait!!!!!!!!!
