Bobby Flay pizza dough help

Making pizzas tomorrow.  Trying my hand at Bobby Flay's dough recipe but the recipe stops short of giving cook temps and times.  Also doesn't say if I should cook dough a little prior to topping.  Anyone ever use this recipe before?  Suggestions?  Thanks in advance!

When you get to a fork in the road, pick it up, spear something with it and throw it on the grill!!!

  • Haven't used that recipe before. But he usually cooks the dough on direct heat until its midway done then pulls and puts toppings on. At least that is what i have seen in the past. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

  • SmokingOzarksBBQ, thanks!  I've seen him on TV a few times but never watched him make pizza.  Thanks for the info.  That's probably how I will cook them.  Thanks again!
