We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. To do a prime rib for dinner tomorrow.

Might go to Shady Maple early or head up to the local farm/butcher and get a grassfed prime...

Going to do some simple veggies as sides. Thinking about doing the Smoked Gouda twice bake potatoes in the BGE cookbook.

Been a while... Haven't egged all week. The dealer has submitted my claim and my egg should be rebuilt, new gasket as well, in a few weeks.
