Trying to find new ways to use leftover pulled pork and ran across this on an Episode of Unique Eats from Squeal Bar-B-Q in New Orleans. Did a standard pork butt yesterday. Mixed 2 cups chopped pork, 4oz. cream cheese, sautéed onions, green peppers and garlic (1/4 cup, 1/4 cup and one clove - will probably double next time). Topped with a mixture of sour cream and siracha, then a homemade tomatillo sauce. Turned out great!
