SWMBO wanted spaghetti, I wanted to egg. So I compromised with egg baked spaghetti tonight. Seared the meatballs in a CI skillet with garlic infused EVOO on the AR. Meanwhile the noodles were boiling on the clock inside. Once meatballs to temp, I poured my saice in the skillet to warm while I prepped the noodles. Noodles were drained then thrown in a pyrex bowl. A nice coating of ricotta cheese went over the noodles. Then layed the meatballs over that. Followed that with the sauce, then a generous coat of fresh grated mozzarella and some basil from the garden. No plated pic because we pounded this dish in 3 minutes. Thanks for looking.
