pizza seggcess!!!

After my recent failures many of you offered helpful hints!  Since then I have had one successful pizza with much room for improvement.  I gave it a go again tonight.  I made homemade pizza sauce that was delicious.  I cooked the pizza crust for 4 minutes, topped it, cooked another 10 and the results were fantastic.  Crust was done but not too much and the toppings  nicely warmed. 
Not taking credit, just announcing and saying thanks for all the support fellow Egg Heads!

    And all of that with Martha White pizza dough? Good work. looks great. Wait 'till you try bobby flay's pizza dough.

  • Haha!  I was waiting for someone to notice that.  My goal to move toward more fresh made ingredients bit by bit.  The crust gives me the most headache, so i decided to start with homemade sauce.  Bobby Flay's recipe is good?
