Check this out. These are the APL method and take about 3 hours. I do them this way all the time and they are great.

Beef ribs look great! If the picture is portrait, then it won't play well. Take the pics in landscape (turn phone sideways), and they are fine. You can also edit and rotate a portrait pic in the iphone and it will either be fine...or upside down :P.<edit>...take pics with volume buttons facing down.
What type of beef ribs are those? Chuck ribs?
