twice bake potatoes and a stuffed tenderloin
Well thanks to Little Steven is in order, did a pork tender loin tonight, splayed it and smothered it in cream cheese and a mountain of Genoa pancetta, onions, and sun dried. Had the potatoes on the grill for an hour @ 400. Put the tenderloin on tip the internal temp was 140. Results were awesome, SWMBO was doing a little sauce for the pork. We got left overs, so we can enjoy one more meal of this. Thanks Sir!
