Pork Butt coming off the Egg for a Rest

8.75lbs. I took it off at 195 and it sat FTC for two hours. I had one of my guests who has never dealt with a butt pull the bone and do some of the pulling. It's always fun to watch the amazement when the bone comes out.

Did my first one ever today too. Was "literate" on what was supposed to happen but I was not prepared for how that bone just slides out!

Yeah I never cook more than one unless I know I'm going to use it right away.. I only really make one/month and I enjoy cooking it more than eating it.
