    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    Spaghetti squash, peppers, onions tomatoes, and a boneless pork loin. Love the jerky! ;;) let us know how the experiment turns out. It looks like a winner.

    yes and you are correct. HEB has "finger" ribs which is the ribeye bones. They should stay on ribeyes. No meat on top and very little in the middle. CM has chuck ribs which are short ribs but left uncut on the dino bone. Under $5 per lb and very meaty.

    Got some pork ribs.  Should be done in about an hour.  Excited and nervous as well.  Haven't tried pork ribs yet but I love them when they're done right.

    This is when I first put them on.
