Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

A 6# butt on the small rubbed with some Bad Byron.  Fixin' to fire up the large to do some wings.  Watching the golf and drinking a cold one.  Go Bubba (who's the idiot who yells "mashed potatoes?)

Son graduated from 5th grade so he and his friends are camping out in the backyard. The LGBE will be cranking out pizzas, while the mini will get s'mores duty.

Does CM usually have decent beef ribs? HEB has crap.

yes and you are correct. HEB has "finger" ribs which is the ribeye bones. They should stay on ribeyes. No meat on top and very little in the middle. CM has chuck ribs which are short ribs but left uncut on the dino bone. Under $5 per lb and very meaty.

Got some pork ribs.  Should be done in about an hour.  Excited and nervous as well.  Haven't tried pork ribs yet but I love them when they're done right.

This is when I first put them on.
