Big Green Egg - EGGhead Forum - The Ultimate Cooking Experience...
It doesn’t get much hotter than the EGG cookin’ in July! Make sure to keep yourself hydrated with a bit of whatever you’re using for the Beer Can Chicken. Ice Cream Sandwiches are also a great way to stay cool. Looking for some great ideas for a summer cook out? Try out a Pimento Cheeseburger or Dr. BBQ’s Spare Rib Surprise. Just don’t be surprised if your neighbors stop by for a quick bite when they smell what you’re cooking!

Life's Simple Pleasures!

With summer officially here, and the last of the snow melted, I've put my first pitcher of sun tea out to brew. Friday night we had ground brisket burgers and last night was pulled pork pizza. As I type this, two racks of baby back ribs are relaxing on the LBGE in preparation for tonight's dinner. The BGE lifestyle is a sweet one indeed!image

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

Well you have everything under control! Personally I'd prefer a beer in a cozy, but sun tea is good.
Snow is gone and if you are not downstream of Calgary, all is good. Won't be much happy Q-ing there for a while.

If God had meant for tea to be sweet; it would be. Sadly, you can't find a restaurant anywhere in Canada that serves un-sweetened ice tea.

@Skiddymarker... I get my weekend drinking started on Friday afternoon and (usually) done by Saturday night. I need a little recovery time before I hit the office on Monday morning. But, I enjoy an ice cold beer as much as an ice cold glass of tea!

Blasphemy (or sacre bleu for our French Canadians) tea is only supposed to be served one way- basically sugar water with a little coloring :))
