Salmon Saturday

Cedar Plank, Mayo, Stonewall Kitchen Wicked Good Seafood Rub, Egg at 425 for 25 minutes and two IPA's. First Salmon on the Egg. The texture, tenderness and moisture were just perfect. Thanks to all for their posting their recipes for this.

    Yes it was salmon Saturday at my house to. Sure was tasty! Raspberry balsamic and DP ragin river.

    You know you could also cold smoke salmon to make loxs like to put on bagels, there's a decent recipe in charcouterie by rhulman
