Low Carb Pizza and Grilled Caesar Salad last night

Pizza and Salad last night, crust is sausage, cream cheese and coconut flour. I bake it before for about 7-10 mins before adding the toppings. The romaine was grilled with EVOO and sea salt for a few minutes. Low carb is the rule in our kitchen.
1 Large BGE, 1 Mini BGE, 1 Minimax BGE, Original wife and 3 dogs living in the heart of BBQ country in Round Rock Texas.

Another MEATzza! And good looking MEATzza at that. Where did you find the coconut flour?
Toying with doing a Caesar Salad MEATzza tonight....also use the chorizo sausage as the crust...muy good.
