Is it just me or does everyone feel they must offer two flavors to guests when we do ribs?
Spartanburg, SC - 1 Large, 1 Small, 1 MiniMax and a Mini. I may have a problem...

    I know that's mustard, but that would be awesome if it was cheese.  haha

    They look really good.  Great job.  My guests get whatever I give them, so it's really driven by whatever mood i'm in at the time.  
    Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ...
