    Well here is the rhubarb pie and Pulled pork calzones done.
    Don't know why but part of the crust fell off the pie while cooking

    4c rhubarb
    1 and 1/3 c sugar
    6tbs all-puspose flour
    1 tbs butter(I didn't use)
    mix sugar and flour put about 1/4 of it on the crust in the pie pan
    pile the rhubarb on top and then the reat of the sugar mix and the butter if you want
    put top crust on, pinch to seal, brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar if you wish
    I cook this at 350 with Cyber Q probe hooked to the pizza pan pan
    ps legs dwn, pizza stone, trivit(spacer), pie pan and then pie
    this took about 1hr 30mins to cook
    Oh ya don't forget to slit the top crust
