First ever wings

Not only was this my first time cooking wings on the egg but my first time ever cooking wings that were not precook and frozen. I didn't know wings could be this good. An hour and 20 min at 275 with a raised grill. Used the dizzypig recipe, I would do less salt net time but fantastic and crispy.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    Lookin great. Reading your comment, did you add extra salt? DP has salt and you dont have to add extra. Also sauces have plenty.

    I did add extra salt. Made me drink the beer faster though.
