We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Embarassed

Used the Gasser to cook a spatchcocked chicken, with grilled romaine salad and baked potato last night.

 

Wife hates chicken on the egg.  She says it gets way too smoky flavored.  I think she is crazy.  So we compromise and I don't cook chicken on the egg.

 

But as they say if there are no pictures it did not happen.
