We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Embarassed

Used the Gasser to cook a spatchcocked chicken, with grilled romaine salad and baked potato last night.

 

Wife hates chicken on the egg.  She says it gets way too smoky flavored.  I think she is crazy.  So we compromise and I don't cook chicken on the egg.

 

But as they say if there are no pictures it did not happen.
