This forum is getting a little out of hand -- i hope members realize or care that we do have many different people on this forum.  One thing i have noticed about internet forums, the fastest way to ruin a forum is to get into politics or racial crap.  We have a good thing going exchanging ideas about cooking -- this has nothing to do with what i come here to read -- IF(?) i want to hear or see these issues, i can tune to certain stations or TV networks.  My  $.02...........

Like most any organization, the members are the first line of defense.  And the destruction is quick, but very silent.  Politics has no place here, and us members, regardless what the moderators do, or don't do, will determine what we want the future of this forum to become.  Today it seems to be very healthy, but that can change pretty fast. I myself am not a Democrat nor Republican, but i am an interested egger -- thats why i come here...

    Im with Centex...

Fred, I too have ancestors from Poland. My favorite pollock joke? How did Germany defeat Poland in WW2? They marched in backwards and we thought they were leaving.

  • This thread has everything. I'm going to post a brisket cook right in the middle of it with 40 pics and step by step instructions. Starting with a youtube interview with  the butcher when selecting my brisket.. I might even go to the farm and follow the life-cycle of the cow through the feedlot and the slaughterhouse (those pics are not nice). Then maybe like a table blueprint or something just to jazz up the racism a bit.

I'll tap dance in the street naked and post it after CT posts the brisket. Dinner and a show!

So far so good. More the operator than the camera. The video is really good.

I'll post a couple of samples later... We'll need after CT's slaughter house images :)

Intruders and other ill willed types.

    You mean pictures? LOL

Minolta film, Sony Alpha DSLRs and compacts. Been shooting with an A700 for the last 5 years or so and picked up an RX100 on Fathers Day for an easier walk around solution plus the killer video. Have a collection of 25+ yo Minolta lenses...

And plenty of iPhone images as well...
