So, I am planning on making a rib meat pizza. I have some leftover ribs that I am going to de-bone, pull and put on a pizza. I know, there should be no such thing as "leftover ribs," but it is what it is. I was thinking BBQ sauce, maybe cheddar cheese, onions and the rib meat. Any ideas, suggestions, comments before I embark on this adventure? I don't really KNOW what I am doing. I am just shooting from the hip.
