What's the scoop with the Niagara Eggfest this year. I learned about it too late last year and was hoping to make it this year. I've seen many o pics but haven't made a eggfest yet. Are there other eggfests that might be near VT I should attend?

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
