The 4th of July Challenge

OK,  We are only 2 weeks away from the big day. I am going to a pot luck to see the fireworks.  Was thinking about bringing some chicken thighs, wings, and legs and am open to suggestions regarding something that transports well.  I also hereby challenge the group to submit pics of your best cook for the 4th of July to get the most likes and bragging rights for a year. We can declare the winner at noon Eastern on July 3. (Unless of course, no one gives a crap and this thread dies faster than a dud on the Fourth of July)

I"m trying to figure out how to stuff a sardine into a clam into a shrimp into a crab into a fish into a shark into a whale and fit it on to a large to cook to win the throw down.
You may have to trim the tail off a bit, otherwise you're good to go :D

OK, Let's just take pics of your 4th cook this year.  I will sweeten the pot and send some Three Little Pigs Rub to the winner with the most likes.  Extra points for creativity......

abts, bacon wrapped shrimp, bacon dipped in chocolate, and brownies topped with bacon are all on the menu so far.

That will work.  We will give it a few days after the 4th to declare the champion.  I am heading to the Ace tomorrow to pick up some goodies for the winner. Start posting on the 4th.

ATTENTION. ATTENTION. The July 4th Throwdown has begun.  Enter your cook pics and get the most likes by midnight on July 7 and you will be named the 2013  Independence Day Champ.

The winner will receive 3 Pigs KC rub, Bad Byron's Butt Rub and Johnny Harris BBQ sauce.

I will double down and offer the same for those who post pictures / comments and get the most likes about what our country means to you.

    God Bless America...

Can I just post the same stuff I posted on Steven's throw-down?  Strike that.  What's the date range for the cook so we don't have cheaters like VI, Cazzy, Griffin, Little Steven and Cen-Tex posting 5 star cooks from last year's Christmas dinner.....

BTW - I can read the metadata from any picture so I'll catch ya bastardges.

That should be added to the rules.  Can't repeat a previous throwdown entre.  C'mon @flynnbob - get crackin' on some structure and rules here.

Say three Hail Marys and abstain from spilling the seed of thy fruit on the ground for two weeks and all will be forgiven. Or as we like to say in Canada, you go to the box..two minutes...you feel shame..den you get free

Rules .... Rules???   Don't y'all know that Idea Guys (Little Steven and me - Self Proclaimed IG) do not play by the rules of you mere mortals.  But here you go....

4th Throw Down Cook- You must post a Pic. Other throw down submissions are not acceptable.  Most likes wins and try and keep it 4th of July oriented.

Patriotic Pic - Post a Pic with a caption or comment.  Most likes wins.

International brethren, figure something out and submit it - We are just Idea Guys not ambassadors.

Winners declared by Midnight July 7.  Bunch of rubs and sauce as a prize for each.

    Have fun with it.....
