We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Cowboy Lump??

Having used a gas grill for many years, I am not used to the lump hardwood terms.  What is cowboy lump?  I have been using only the Green Egg brand lump and as everyone knows, its rather expensive (something on the order of $30.00 for 20 lbs).  Is there a bigger bang for the buck out there?
