First time posting, I got a large BGE for my birthday two weeks ago. I've turned out some pretty awesome burgers, steaks, a pizza and chicken.
Fathers day cook, stuff I had laying around the house. Bacon, Italian sausage, Velveeta, sautéed onions and mushrooms. 2.5 hrs on the BGE at 250 with a little hickory smoke. Next time, I would use half the Velvetta. REALLY rich. Italian sausage was a nice touch though, spicy but the onions & mushrooms offset it nicely.
