Chicken Satay, Peanut Sauce, Cucumber Relish

This was my my first time attempting satay and it turned out really well. Used chicken thighs as they tend to have richer flavor in my opinion. Cooked raised direct, temp was probably 500 at grate. The wood skewers didn't hold up well even though I soaked them for several hours. My only regret was we ate it all so no leftovers. Next time I'll try two tier setup and do more.

Looks like a good effort.  I have some metal skewers for when the heat is going to be high, and some wire skewers for kebabing.
