Dang! That looks good! I think the way you did the asparagus is just the key to get me to eat more asparagus! Here's a pic of my Father's Day cook. About to foil the ribs for 1/2 hour before serving. The back ribs are sauced with Jim's Own Sauce, Cary, NC. The front ribs are sauced with Johnny Harris Carolina Style BBQ Sauce, Savannah, GA.Spartanburg, SC - 1 Large, 1 Small, 1 MiniMax and a Mini.
