We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Turkey question

I'm smoking a turkey today and I've been reading on here all day, everyone pulls it to rest but does any one use the "FTC" method for it to rest? Any experiences are appreciated here thanks.

Also here's a pic of the turkey 2 hours into the cook
