Breakfast pizza for dad

My dad was in town this weekend and though we spent all day egging ribs yesterday (still need to post) I couldn't resist the urge to make him a breakfast pizza before he got on the road. Got to use some fresh herbs from the garden too! I did take an atypical shortcut and used store bought dough (trader joes). I actually think this pizza needs a thicker dough than I'm used to making anyhow, so I'm ok with it. imageimageimageimage

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    @pwg56 the peel has worked well for us! Got it as a gift from my mother in law a few years ago and I've had no complaints. I use a lot of semolina on the peel though, so sticking doesn't become an issue
