Doin tacos for momz birthday, do we have 2- 3lb chuckies and 1 5lb chicken Chuckies were cooked at 250 till they hit 160 IT and now foiled shooting for 215 - 220. Chicken just got put on. Guessing to be eating bout 5 or so

My "chuckies" usually go into a pan with some liquid, aren't you worried that it might dry out?

What size chuckie do you start with? I see you guys talking about 8#+ chucks all the time but I can't find that anywhere. Costco has some that look like two packs that are 5#but that's the biggest I've seen. Really want to try this...Cheers-B_BFinally back in the Badger State!
