We did a couple of pizzas last night with our neighbors. They just got their egg and we didn’t want them to do a high heat cook yet, so they made the pies and we cooked on our egg. They really like doing pizza in their oven, but never got a real crisp crust. With their home made dough and sauces these were the results. The first one had a basil pesto sauce with parm., mozz. & jack and some sous vide chicken breasts, that I did. The second one they call a triple 3 pie. Homemade red sauce with 3 cheeses (Parm., Mozz., and Jack), 3 meats (salami, pepperoni and Canadian bacon), 3 Veggies (Srooms, red bell pepper and red onion). They were great and look at the crust.
