Pork chops/steaks = Panko coating

grege345 Panko encrusted pork chops they looked really good and for dinner tonight SWMBO wanted pork so i figured nows a good time to try them .Done raised direct on the ci grate @450 dome till a internal of 145 panko coating with Italian seasoning parmesan and romano cheese a little pepper and garlic .turned out really good nice crust to the panko and tender and juicy on the inside .Thanks @grege345 for the idea and posting yours.
