Frozen Banana Leaves

I'm making Kalua pork for my first time next weekend, and I have been gathering up things I will need.
one of the more difficult things for me to find are Banana Leaves.
I found some at a local Asian Supermarket but they are frozen. Do all Banana Leaves come frozen?
If I use the frozen Leaves is there anything to watch out for?
